After a thorough selection and interview process, 21 businesses operating in the coffee, spice, and nut sectors have officially joined the Green Export Incubation and Acceleration Program – an initiative under the GEVA Project aimed at enhancing business capacity and promoting access to international markets through a sustainable export approach based on the adoption of Voluntary Sustainability Standards (VSS).
Each business underwent an interview process to identify its specific needs, serving as the basis for designing a tailored support roadmap built around three main pillars:

GEVA, together with a team of experts in sustainability standards and export development, in collaboration with its strategic branding partner, Richard Moore Associates, will work directly with businesses through on-site assessments, intensive training sessions, and one-on-one consulting.
Instead of offering conventional consulting, the program focuses on strengthening internal capacities through training and building a solid foundation, enabling businesses to gradually conquer international markets with a green, sustainable, and responsible export orientation.
The 24-session training program, interwoven with activities such as capacity-building workshops, market connection events, field visits, and on-site consulting, is designed to help participating businesses gain a comprehensive perspective and refine their export strategies based on internal strengths and proactive engagement.
About GEVA
The “Incubating and Accelerating Green Exports through Voluntary Sustainability Standards (VSS)” program is funded by the Government of Switzerland, co-managed by the International Trade Centre (ITC) and the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE), Ministry of Industry and Trade, and operated by KisStartup JSC from April 2025 to April 2026.
The project aims to enhance the green export capacity of Vietnamese businesses through the adoption of VSS, by implementing a comprehensive series of training, consulting, incubation, acceleration, and international market linkage activities — helping businesses meet the increasingly stringent requirements of global markets.
