On October 21, 2026, KisStartup successfully held the launch event for GEVA Green Gateway 2026, marking a new phase in the development of the Green Export Incubation & Acceleration (GEVA) Project under the theme “Dual Market Access – Connecting Markets in Both Directions.”

The event brought together market-connection partners from Japan, Taiwan, Australia, and global markets, alongside technical partners and businesses interested in sustainable exports.

FROM EXPORTING VOLUME TO EXPORTING HIGHER-VALUE PRODUCTS

The event opened with Ms. Nguyen Dang Tuan Minh, CEO of KisStartup, reflecting on the GEVA 2025–2026 journey, implemented with support from the Swiss Government.

According to Ms. Minh, GEVA's success lies not only in the export opportunities created, but also in the growth of participating businesses: from receiving support to proactively investing in market development services.

She emphasized that amid ongoing changes in international trade, businesses need to rethink their approach:

  • Not just exporting more, but exporting products with higher value. Businesses need to focus on quality, value addition, and sustainable competitiveness.

  • Not treating buyer meetings as the final destination. Connecting with buyers is one step in a longer journey that helps businesses validate market demand, understand customer requirements, improve products, and strengthen their sales readiness.

  • Not relying solely on free support programs. Businesses need to proactively invest in high-quality professional services, supported by a relevant ecosystem of partners.

These principles form the foundation of GEVA Green Gateway 2026, developed by KisStartup to combine free support activities with paid professional services while expanding two-way market connections: bringing Vietnamese products to global markets and connecting international green technologies and solutions with Vietnam.

PRACTICAL MARKET INSIGHTS FROM OUR PARTNERS

ANPz – Japan | Mr. Cao Thanh Dinh

Businesses need to understand the specific market needs their products address and demonstrate reliable supply capacity, consistent quality, and the ability to honor their commitments.

HEBA – Taiwan | Ms. Ha Thi Phuong Lien

Transparency in ingredient information, legal documentation, and product details is essential for minimizing risks and protecting brand reputation in export markets.

All Made Viet – Australia & Global Markets | Ms. Liney Weishappel and Mr. Phat Dieu

The speakers introduced two B2B platforms focused on food and furniture, helping Vietnamese businesses establish an online presence, showcase their manufacturing capabilities, and connect directly with international buyers.

BUILDING BUSINESS CAPABILITIES WITH TECHNICAL PARTNERS

RMA Branding | Ms. Vu Thu Van

Building an international brand is a long-term strategy that goes beyond a logo or visual identity. It requires businesses to establish distinctive value, maintain consistency, and protect their brands.

EcoSuccess BioCert | Mr. Ho Bao Duy

Organic certification evaluates more than the final product. Businesses must manage the entire supply chain, documentation systems, traceability, and relevant control procedures.
