As part of the Green Export Program, the GEVA Project conducted a visit and working session with Tavina Coffee — the local co-organizer of the program.
Tavina Coffee not only serves exceptional coffee from Vietnam’s Central Highlands but also pioneers sustainable development within the coffee industry. Its first store is designed with a forest-inspired concept — a place where customers can enjoy premium coffee, experience the roasting process, and connect in an intimate, welcoming space.
Tavina is currently planning to open its second store with a clear ESG-oriented vision. Beyond applying sustainability standards in its design and operations, Tavina aims to transform this new location into an inspiring space that promotes green living, responsible consumption, and spreads ESG values to the community.
In addition to its coffee business, Tavina collaborates with partners to implement various environmental protection activities and support local farmers and businesses in adopting sustainable farming practices.
In the coming time, GEVA will continue to accompany Tavina Coffee to support the development of a green export business model, brand building, and the application of sustainability standards for coffee-growing areas in the Central Highlands.
A small but meaningful step on the journey to bringing Vietnamese coffee sustainably to the world.
About GEVA:
The program “Incubating and Accelerating Green Exports through Voluntary Sustainability Standards (VSS)” is funded by the Swiss Government and co-managed by the International Trade Centre (ITC) and the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE), Ministry of Industry and Trade. It is operated by KisStartup JSC during the period from April 2025 to April 2026.
The project aims to enhance the green export capacity of Vietnamese businesses (through the application of VSS) via a series of training, consulting, incubation–acceleration, and international market connection activities, helping businesses meet the increasingly stringent requirements of global markets.
