Today (September 26), the GEVA Project, in collaboration with local partner Highland Tropico Coffee Company, organized a Green Export Training Program for coffee businesses.
Nearly 40 businesses, cooperatives, and individuals in the coffee cultivation, processing, and trade sectors participated in the program, demonstrating a strong commitment to green transition and sustainable development.
The program focused on green export business models and Voluntary Sustainability Standards (VSS) in the coffee sector — key factors that are becoming increasingly important for accessing demanding international markets.
The application of ESG and VSS standards not only helps businesses expand their markets but also contributes to protecting raw material areas, ecosystems, and local cultures for future generations.
Join GEVA in advancing the green export journey for Vietnamese agricultural businesses.
About GEVA
The “Green Export Incubation and Acceleration through Voluntary Sustainability Standards (VSS)” program is funded by the Swiss Government, co-managed by the International Trade Centre (ITC) and the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE) under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and implemented by KisStartup JSC from April 2025 to April 2026.
The project aims to strengthen the green export capacity of Vietnamese businesses through the application of VSS, by offering a comprehensive range of training, consulting, incubation–acceleration activities, and international market linkages, helping businesses meet the increasingly strict requirements of global markets.
